Altering Your Property

Any alterations done to a property may require approvals, building permits and/or other permits. Contact our office before beginning any alteration for permit info at 716-286-4450.

Any exception of painting and flooring, any other alteration to a property will require a permit including fencing, siding, doors, windows, roofing, garages, sheds, and all interior renovations.
