Track My Case

To track the progress of your case, please enter the Ticket Number of your case below. If you do not have a Ticket Number, please search for the mailing address you provided at the time of your call. 

Please Note: If the mailing address provided has a Drive (Dr), Street (Str) or Avenue (Ave) search for just the house number and street name. If you do not see your ticket listed, you can search only for the street name. Example: For the mailing address 100 Main Street, search for “100 Main”.
